My mission is clear: to empower highly educated, ambitious women who are non-native English speakers to excel in their careers and realize their full potential.
By combining advanced English language training with powerful mindset coaching, we help women break through the barriers holding them back, allowing them to step into their brilliance and thrive in today’s globalized world.
My story
My story
After two decades of teaching English across all proficiency levels, I have decided to pursue my passion for empowering women in their careers by helping them to uplevel their mindset and English communication skills to open up doors to better opportunities.
Challenges in communicating clearly with colleagues and superiors hinder your ability to showcase your potential, leaving you feeling overlooked and hindered in your career progression. Watching women struggle with communication barriers, despite their impressive qualifications, ignited a passion within me to create something far beyond a traditional language course. I wanted to develop a program that empowers women to communicate confidently and unlock their true potential.
Even though outwardly strong and capable, many of my clients struggle internally when they first come to me, feeling disconnected from their true selves and lacking alignment with their values and beliefs.
How I got inspired
I've come to realize that simply improving English language skills is never enough for your career advancement. When clients seek to advance their careers and apply for higher positions, enhancing their English, is just the tip of the iceberg.
I saw a gap in traditional English language programs—while they improved language skills, they didn't address the mindset barriers that these women faced in professional environments.
That's why I have developed this unique program RISE — a fusion of language instruction and confidence coaching—to empower professional women from the inside out.
